Ingredients

  • 1 large onion finely diced
  • Vegetable oil
  • 2 Beyond Meat Burger Patties (http://beyondmeat.com/products/view/beyond-burger)
  • Burger buns
  • Pickles
  • Sliced tomato
  • Lettuce
  • Yellow mustard
  • 2 slices of vegan cheese

Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp vegan mayo
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tsp relish
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • 1 tsp white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Caramelize the onions low and slow for 15-20 mins
  2. Toast burger buns in pan
  3. In a small bowl mix sauce ingredients
  4. Heat a pan to medium-high heat. Brown patty for 3 minutes on one side, salt and pepper then spread mustard on the opposite side.
  5. Flip the patty, add cheese on top, brown patty for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Do not overcook.
  6. To assemble, add the sauce on both insides of your bun, then layer lettuce, tomato, patty, onions, and pickles.
