House Pan Fried Tofu
Ingredients
- 1 lb hard tofu
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp hosin sauce
- 1 Tbsp siracha
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
Total 970 cal
Instructions
- Press tofu to drain for 10-20 minutes
- Cut tofu into 1/2 in thick pieces
- Heat oil in cast iron pan over medium heat
- Add tofu to pan and cook until browned and crispy on one side, about 10 min. Flip and repeat.
- Combine sauce ingredients and pour over hot tofu
