Ingredients

  • 1 lb hard tofu
  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp hosin sauce
  • 1 Tbsp siracha
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil

Total 970 cal

Instructions

  1. Press tofu to drain for 10-20 minutes
  2. Cut tofu into 1/2 in thick pieces
  3. Heat oil in cast iron pan over medium heat
  4. Add tofu to pan and cook until browned and crispy on one side, about 10 min. Flip and repeat.
  5. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over hot tofu
