Makes 2 tall glasses

Ingredients

  • 15 oz can pumpkin puree, frozen in ice cube tray
  • 4 medjool dates (optionally soak for a few minutes before blending)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (optional)
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1-2 cups soy milk (adjust for texture)

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to blender and blend.
