Ingredients

  • 2 bricks extra firm tofu

Brine:

  • 1/3 cup sriracha
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp of liquid smoke optional if baking

Total 930 cal

Instructions

  1. Press tofu to remove water
  2. Cut tofu into 1/2 inch steaks
  3. Marinate 4 hours or overnight
  4. Smoke 45 minutes at 250F or grill or bake on oiled cookie sheet 20 minutes at 350F, glazing with remaining liquid

Serving Suggestion

  • Serve on toasted sourdough bread with mayo, shredded carrots, and pickles
