Health Smoothie Preps
This doesn’t taste very good. It’s purpose is to help fulfill the Daily Dozen
Ingredients
- Blueberries
- Strawberries
- Bananas
- Kale
- Protein powder (adjust as desired)
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup oatmeal (optional)
- 1 tbsp fiber powder (adjust as desired)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 to 4 tbsp prebiotics
- 1 tsp chia seed
- 1 tsp matcha powder
For blending each MSP:
- 1 tsp flax seed oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup apple juice
- Water
Instructions
- Portion ingredients into containers.
- Add contents of one container and blending ingredients. Blend.
