This doesn’t taste very good. It’s purpose is to help fulfill the Daily Dozen

Ingredients

  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Bananas
  • Kale
  • Protein powder (adjust as desired)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup oatmeal (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fiber powder (adjust as desired)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 to 4 tbsp prebiotics
  • 1 tsp chia seed
  • 1 tsp matcha powder

For blending each MSP:

  • 1 tsp flax seed oil
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup apple juice
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Portion ingredients into containers.
  2. Add contents of one container and blending ingredients. Blend.
