Sweet Cream Ice Cream Base
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup half-and-half

Instructions
- Whisk the cream while slowly adding the sugar a little at a time, then continue whisking until completely blended, about one minute more. Then pour in the milk and whisk to blend.
- Pour into ice cream maker and run.
