Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoon rice cooking wine
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 6 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients except garlic and water, set aside
  2. Cook garlic in oil for 2-3 minutes
  3. Optionally add whatever you are cooking in the brown sauce
  4. Pour in the prepared sauce and stir to coat
  5. Add water and mix. Simmer until everything is cooked and sauce is reduced.
