Brown Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoon rice cooking wine
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 6 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Mix ingredients except garlic and water, set aside
- Cook garlic in oil for 2-3 minutes
- Optionally add whatever you are cooking in the brown sauce
- Pour in the prepared sauce and stir to coat
- Add water and mix. Simmer until everything is cooked and sauce is reduced.
