• 4 cups coconut milk, rice milk or soy milk
  • 12 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons agave nectar or other sweetener (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • Blueberries, strawberries, etc. for topping


  1. Mix milk, chia, sweetener, and vanilla in a container. Let sit for 5 minutes and stir.
  2. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until thick.
  3. Serve or portion into containers. Top as desired.
