- 4 cups coconut milk, rice milk or soy milk
- 12 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 Tablespoons agave nectar or other sweetener (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Blueberries, strawberries, etc. for topping
- Mix milk, chia, sweetener, and vanilla in a container. Let sit for 5 minutes and stir.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until thick.
- Serve or portion into containers. Top as desired.
