Makes 2 tall glasses
- 15 oz can pumpkin puree, frozen in ice cube tray
- 4 medjool dates (optionally soak for a few minutes before blending)
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (optional)
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1-2 cups soy milk (adjust for texture)
- Add ingredients to blender and blend.
