  • 2 Tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp siracha
  • 1/4 c mayo
  • 4 rolls
  • cilantro

  1. Make tofu
  2. Marinate cucumber and carrots in soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil
  3. Make siracha mayo
  4. Toast rolls
  5. Assemble sandwiches, garnish with cilantro
