Ingredients
- 1 lb House Pan Fried Tofu
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 3 carrots, julienned
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp siracha
- 1/4 c mayo
- 4 rolls
- cilantro
Total 1980 cal
Instructions
- Make tofu
- Marinate cucumber and carrots in soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil
- Make siracha mayo
- Toast rolls
- Assemble sandwiches, garnish with cilantro
